At NEBC, we gravitate toward New England–style IPAs, pastry stouts and bourbon barrel‑aged stouts, while still exploring a wide range of styles to broaden our palates and deepen our appreciation for beer.

Every edition includes an educational element, which has ranged from beer trivia and vertical tastings to blind tastings, food‑pairing recommendations and side‑by‑side glassware comparisons.

Our tasting editions are small, invitation‑only gatherings and are structured to remain cost‑neutral. Everyone contributes an equal share toward the beer and food.
