Mist is a smaller version of our IPA “Fog.” We wanted to take this recipe and scale down the alcohol, while keeping the hopping rate identical to our IPA for maximum session-ability. Hopped with Citra, Nectaron and Superdelic this beer is a delectable medley of dank pineapple, soft orange and tropical fruit.

We kicked it up a notch with our Bolshevik Bastard Imperial Stout, aging it in Kentucky Bourbon barrels. The rich chocolate, coffee and dark fruit flavours from our Imperial Stout are married together with the vanilla, oak and warming alcohol from bourbon barrels. Together as one, the result is an incredible blend of aroma and taste. Drink it today or cellar it to enjoy later as it matures.

For our eight anniversary we wanted to bring back some single barrel showcases of the streams that make up our barrel aged stout program. This is 1 of the 3 barrels that make up the blend known as “Streams,” presented on its own, unblended.
This beer is our house yeast stream of stouts. This is the house yeast we use to ferment our IPA, and the majority of our stout program. It is vigorous, delicious, and such a great work horse for us. Legit the brewery MVP! It was aged in a Basil Hayden barrel for 19 months.

It’s generally abnormally energized and is a change from your usual self noticeable by others. Usually this has a negative association, but not here! Because we are MANIC for this beer!
Hopped with Nelson, Riwaka, and Peacharine this is just the biggest baddest, most NZ hopped beer. Ripe in dank red berry, tropical gooseberry and nectarine, we’re abnormally energized about this beer just thinking about it!
